What is the application fee charged on?+
The application fee is a small percentage of tenant payments, and it is only charged on revenue you actually collect. Stripe processing fees apply on top.
Which plan fits my portfolio?+
Starter is free platform access for up to 10 units at a 5% application fee. Growth is $99/mo plus 3% for 10–100 units, with advanced analytics and a branded tenant portal. Portfolio is $499/mo plus 1.5% for unlimited units, multi-entity support, API and webhooks, and a dedicated account manager.
Do I pay anything for the solar installation itself?+
Not upfront if you choose financing. Our installer partners offer PPA-style financing with zero capex, and a portion of tenant payments services it over 10–15 years. We quote financed and owned options side by side so you can pick.
What happens if a tenant doesn't pay?+
Stripe Smart Retries handle most failed ACH payments automatically, and we layer a 3-step email and SMS dunning sequence on top. After 21 days you're notified and can choose how to proceed. You are never charged an application fee on revenue that was not collected.
