Check your building for NOI in 60 seconds.
NOI is net operating income. Tell us the kind of property and where it is. We show which services and state programs apply, and what to have ready for your free assessment. No savings estimate: that needs your bill, and the assessment reads it.
How the quick check works
The check takes two answers: the kind of property and its ZIP code. From the ZIP it finds the state, then lists the services that fit that property type (LED lighting, solar, battery storage, HVAC and EV charging), the state energy programs we track for that state with their current status, and the regulatory and incentive guides that apply. Program status comes from our state program table, last verified August 2026.
What it does not do
It does not estimate savings, bill reduction, income or payback. Those depend on the building’s interval data, its tariff, roof and electrical condition, and the funding structure, so we only put numbers in writing after the free energy assessment. If you enter a monthly bill or a unit count, we carry it to the assessment form so you don’t type it twice. Nothing is calculated from it.
What happens next
For commercial and multifamily properties in states the C&I property review supports, the next step is that review. Everyone else goes to the free energy assessment: send a recent utility bill and the property address, and we return a written initial review within 2 business days, including when the answer is that a project does not make sense. See how it works for the full process.
